HIM serves the world through cooperation and financial support to ministries in Thailand and Iran.
THAILAND
In December 2003, Apostle George Maitland traveled to Thailand with Ambassador Ministries and has since been an avid partner with young ministers who work and build in the local villages. HIM has been honored to receive Pastor Yawla and his team here in Oregon twice and is excited to welcome them back this May, 2007.

IRAN
HIM supports Nejat TV which was founded by Pastor Reza Safa in 2003 with the goal of reaching the Muslim world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He began broadcasting teaching programs in the Farsi language by satellite TV into Iran in 2003, and the ministry witnessed the start of an historic revival in the Muslim world with thousands of Iranians responding to Christ. He partnered with TBN in the fall of 2006 to start a 24 hour Christian satellite network in the Farsi language targeting Iran and the Middle East. In a few short years, there is estimated to be a million or more Christians in Iran.
Pastor Reza was born and raised a devout Shi’ite Muslim in the country of Iran. His father was a Muslim scholar and writer. After experiencing the hard reality of Ayatollah Khomeini’s regime, he left Iran and moved to Sweden. There he heard the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for the first time and accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Pastor Reza founded The Harvesters World Outreach, a worldwide evangelistic ministry in 1986. He has authored several books on Islam including best-seller Inside Islam and his newly-released The Coming Fall of Islam in Iran, and is an expert speaker on Islam nationwide. He pastors Fishermen’s House Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
