A: The Word heart in the bible refers to the center of our being which is made up of two primary parts, the Spirit and the Soul. The Spirit is the Source (or Seed) of Life and the Soul (mind) is the Womb of life. The Soul (mind) has the potential to fulfill the perfect will of God and God's level of Judgment. The Soul is to be in subjection to the Life that is in the Spirit. When the fall of the first Adam happened, the Soul took the leadership role. And the Spirit was no longer the source of Life, but subjected to the works of the soul. In Christ the Spirit is now given ascendancy above the soul again, due to the fact that seeing him has now replaced the Judgment of the Soul. Christ who is Spirit and Life, is displayed openly as our now judgment; for as he is so are we in this world. Our source of Life (judgment) is now taken from Christ who is truth. This is not the relative truth that the soul (mind) gains from it’s independent judgment, but Christ is the Absolute truth (the Logos/Intention of God). In this way the Spirit subjects the soul.
Q: Can you explain the difference between the mind and the heart, or is there a difference? I hear some say it’s the same, but others say that it different. Need clarity!! Thank you and I enjoy your revelation.
